IE Power s founding President Mr. Robert Bob Holmes purchased the assets of the Industrial Electronics Division of CTS of Canada in 1995, continuing in a corporate history that can be traced to 1953. Dr. Shashi Dewan, CEO of Digital Predictive Systems DPS purchased IE Power in 2003. Mr. Holmes continues his involvement as company President. |
